The Norfolk Telecom Operator Assistance Centre offers: 

Directory Assistance, local and international        - dial 0103  
Recording of Customer faults and problems         - dial 0100
Reverse Charge Calls                                            - dial 0104

Operator assistance is available during the following hours

                             Weekdays  & Public Holidays    9:00am - 10:30pm

                       Weekends                                    9:00am - 12:00 noon
                                                                            3:00pm - 6:00pm

Payment of Accounts
            

You can pay your telephone account, and you can also pay most of your Administration accounts at Norfolk Telecom.

Public Telephones

Norfolk Telecom operates "Smart Card" and "Coin" public telephones strategically located throughout the shopping area.
There are also 24hr public telephones located at the Communication Centre on New Cascade Road

After Hours Services

Norfolk Telecom provides 24hr after hours service for business services and "next working day" repairs to private services. After hours repairs and reporting methods are detailed in the front information section of the Norfolk Island phone book.
